Members

Nine of 12 members we can compare: 0.2 to 2.5 minutes a meeting (preliminary)

Preliminary: at least 69% of members’ talk time is identified, under the 80% for a full comparison. All nine members we compare could rank first; the data can’t order them. The other three speak too little in a voice we can check.

The 2 biggest complaints we get are sidewalks and docking. And location. So it gives me pause to not have bikes included in this when, if it’s technology that’s available to scooters, it should be on bikes. And the contract itself just refers to scooter safety. It doesn’t talk about bikes.”

At what point would we want to see some indication of a reduction in violations across corridors, especially in the areas that are currently a part of the pilot, because I think we have consistently pitched this as not something to help chip away at the city’s budget gap, but something to, at the end of the day, change habits.”

“Voice identified” counts the meetings where we could attribute a member’s voice. A meeting missing there means we couldn’t attribute it, not that they were absent.
