Members

The talk-time ranking for the General Obligation Bond Oversight Committee is held

Fewer than four members can be compared fairly. Each member’s page has their clips and meetings. The minutes below count only speech we named by voice, so they are floors, not a ranking.

Is there a written sort of threshold for what measure, you know, to sort of what stage these complaints go through? Whether it’s investigated, whether it’s closed with insufficient information? Is, is this like a policy that’s written out, or is this kind of a case-by-case?”

First, let’s go with the city-owned homeless service sites. 1001 Polk Street and 525 5th Street together represent 57% of the city’s adult emergency shelter capacity, and both are in the final stages of significant renovation work— or yes, significant renovation work.”

Since we’re talking about arbitrage funds, I have a question or two on those before we move on to other stuff to ask you about. For the, say, the $17 million rebate payment, can you not use that to repay debt instead of refund it back to the government? Is that not a legitimate use of arbitrage funds?”

“Voice identified” counts the meetings where we could attribute a member’s voice. A meeting missing there means we couldn’t attribute it, not that they were absent.
Attendance

Roll calls at 5 of 6 meetings, through Jun 8, 2026

From the clerk’s own record, listed by seat. This is the official attendance record. It is separate from our voice counts, and we don’t compare members on it.
How the record counts. The clerk's minutes list each member as present, absent or excused at the roll call. Excused means the board voted to excuse the member.
